We got the new Razr V3s last night. I have to say that, though it’s clearly in a different class than the Blackberry, it’s very Mac friendly. I was able to sync my Address Book and iCal to the phone via Bluetooth with no effort. That’s something I could never do with the Blackberry. That was a big concern – getting more than 600 contacts onto the phone. And, with a combination of Spanning Sync, Google Calendar and iCal, I can now add items to my calendar from virtually anywhere, including the phone. They’ll all stay in sync, too.
We didn’t even get a data plan with the new phones, so this really is a spartan setup. But, I like the phones and, especially, the ability to keep all the critical data synced up with the Mac.
